Super Self Mastery is a dynamic self-help hub born of a desire to help others overcome life's challenges with the simple but effective RAC system for Relaxation, Awareness & Creation skills for a more fulfilling life experience. I use my exclusive JEFTA model to help clients better identify triggers along with a Feelings Finder chart, Consciousness Frequency Scale, VAKOG Representational System & more.
The way I teach there is no need to rehash old hurts or relive painful memories, as we don't always know the root of our achy breaky hearts and don't need to. We need only transmute the energy we feel in the present moment by resetting our nervous system. We then become more mindful to what or who in our environment may be triggering them and then use those same techniques to rise in frequency above them.
What I teach
I teach intelligent transformative life skills where folks learn the steps to actualizing their authentic heart's desires and life goals. My RAC approach can be explained in these three steps to transformation:
1. Relaxation, Synaptic Control, Nervous System Reset
2. Awareness, Healing & Transmuting Energy
3. Creation, Authenticity & Manifesting in the Quantum Field
The state of Inner Peace is the optimum base stance for real and lasting change, because it is the first thing that can be controlled by an individual and it is the place from which all happy things come.
Professionalism
Professionally, I have CERTIFICATON for Life Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming and the ancient Hawaiian healing technique of Ho'oponopono. Other areas of organization and university training include self-hypnosis, spirituality, self-awareness, relationships and music for wellness.
That doesn't include all of the other books, seminars, webinars and personal development courses I've taken from various self-hep gurus nor the myriads of information downloads I've received from my own guidance over the years.
Nor does it tell the story behind how I learned meditation: the hard way. In 2010 I had excruciating back pain caused by a herniated disk that surprisingly stopped when I made the decision out of pure desperation to GO INTO the pain & focus on releasing it. Even more of a surprise was through this INTROSPECTIVE form of meditation my intuitive sense became more developed and opportunities became more apparent.
